If I get to high speeds (70-80mph) and am driving on a rough road, then that's when it's harder to hear the other party. For the price I paid (I wanted something under $30), I am completely satisfied and would recommend this to anyone who's not asking for top-of-line product (if so, then you should probably pay the $100+ that those things cost). This is pretty much what I needed. They, on the other hand, can hear me clearly. It works well for what I paid. With California's law (must use bluetooth/headset to talk on the cell phone while driving), I just needed something decent/fairly good to use in the rare instance I need to use my cell phone while driving. Most of the time, I can hear the person I'm talking to clearly.
I would buy it again. I have not had any complaints from callers not hearing me. It is just as I had hoped. It works a little differently than my 550, but the sound is good.
I hear everyone perfectly, I have had a few complaints when its windy out, but I mostly use it inside the car.
Callers have told me that they can hear me perfectly, no echo or static on either end. It's earpiece design is the only thing I'm not thrilled about - kind of bulky over the ear, but nothing that deters from the performance. Finally got to use this with a new phone. Works well, very clear calls.
The delivery was very fast. It has been several weeks and this product is not holding a charge and dropping calls like crazy. I have bought this product in grey and have had no problems, but this pink one is not so great.
